Working out your TCO requires a thorough assessment using advanced, specialised tools. Working with you closely for as long as is necessary, we will build up a true picture of your print infrastructure and the way you use it – establishing actual usage levels for each device, how many users share each asset and information about what capabilities are currently used and are required by each user. Our team will work closely with your IT and finance department to quantify all costs including acquisition, consumables and management.
