Sales/Customer Service Executives
We are ideally looking to recruit experienced Sales/Customer Service Executives to join our successful and friendly existing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for daily outbound calls to generate new business for the organisation. You should have excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to negotiate.
This role will then further develop into general sales and customer service for the organisation's client portfolio within the . Thereby managing existing customer accounts and development of new business.
You will be expected to:
- provide monthly reports on current activities and performance
- maintain updated customer information
- be aware of technical, legal and regulatory issues
- keep informed on all matters relating to product, pricing and market knowledge
- have a flexible approach to the team, working to cover colleagues' responsibilities when they are not available
The ideal applicant will be sales focused preferably with prior experience within a customer based sales role. Must have an outgoing and resilient personality.
A pre-requisite to this position is a positive and self-motivated attitude and you must possess the ability to be a team player.
