How do I obtain a manual/user guide for my machine?

Electronic versions of manuals and user guides are available for most Xerox products from the Xerox website www.xerox.com. To access the user guides for your machine, choose Support & Drivers on the blue option bar at the top of the page, then enter your machine type and click on the Documentation tab.

How do I obtain my serial number?

Visit the Xerox website www.xerox.com, select Support & Drivers and choose your product. Enter “Serial Number” into the search field and you will receive easy-to-follow instructions on how to obtain your serial number.

How do I obtain my Meter Reads?

Go to the Xerox website www.xerox.com, select Support & Drivers and choose your product. Enter “Meter Reads” into the search field to access simple instructions on how to read your meter(s).

How can I recycle used consumables?

For full instructions, simply visit the Xerox website at www.xerox.com and type Xerox Supplies Recycling Programme into the search field in the top right hand corner of the page.
