And thanks to Xerox’s patented EA Toner, you get truly exceptional quality from the first page to the very last. But that’s not all. Scans are lightning fast at up to 44 images per minute (in 200 dpi mode) and the WorkCentre M118i’s easy scan-to-email interface lets you eliminate long-distance fax fees by sending documents right around the world to any valid email address. Plus, for the ultimate in office efficiency, the WorkCentre M118i comes with ScanSoft OmniPage® and PaperPort® software which lets you effortlessly store, organise and distribute information by turning hard copy documents into digital files.

State-of-the-art SMart Kits keep downtime to a minimum by letting you know when new toner or print cartridges will be needed.  And industry-leading device management tools allow administrators to configure network settings, control user access, manage print job queues and track the status of consumables from across the network. 

They’re versatile, too. They can print and copy on both sides of a wide range of media up to A3. They will even handle transparencies and card stock up to 216 gsm.
